D2 Productions provides customized video production and streaming media services to a wide range of clients.
Video Production
Our core business lies in providing live event production services: producing, directing, and supplying production facilities and crew for concerts, corporate programs, higher education, sports, independent producers, and so forth. We own and operate several “FlyPacks”—mobile, multi-camera video production equipment packages that can be transported and set up at any venue in just a couple of hours. We own and operate several single-camera field production packages as well, and we have fully featured Final Cut Pro nonlinear editing systems.
Streaming Media
Hand in hand with video production, D2 offers a full range of streaming media services. As you might expect from a video production company, we place critical emphasis on the technical quality of your streaming content, both live and on-demand. We have a custom-built mobile encoding system for live, on-site webcast encoding. With our own satellite downlink equipment, we can create a live stream from your satellite broadcast. We can encode in any streaming format you like, such as Flash, Windows Media, Quicktime, and Real. And we can deliver your live and on-demand content through our partnerships with leading content delivery networks.
D2 also offers a range of additional services, including DVD creation and authoring, tape and DVD duplication, video format and standards conversions, and closed captioning to meet federal requirements for ADA compliance.
